Governing a fast AI rollout before the audit
A scaling lender deployed AI across underwriting and support faster than governance could keep up. Saint Fox built the inventory, classified each system, and stood up the evidence trail.
The challenge
Models and Agents were spreading across teams with no central register, and an external AI audit was on the calendar.
The approach
We ran the AI Governance discovery, classified each system against the EU AI Act, and put guardrails and logging around the high-risk ones, mapped to ISO 42001.
The outcome
A complete AI register, a defensible risk classification for every system, and an evidence pack the audit accepted. Planning target, results vary by engagement.
